Rbajii (rbajii.net) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Rbajii and all of its members. It is important to read these terms carefully before using the platform.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on Rbajii. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed.

KYC Verification

Rbajii reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. The following documents may be requested prior to large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity:

• Copy of national ID card or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Sharing account access with any other person is not permitted. Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to Rbajii Support immediately.

Members must be at least 18 years old to register and place bets on Rbajii. The following conditions must also be met:

• Members must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• Registrations from regions on Rbajii's restricted country list will not be accepted.
• Individuals who are unable to enter into an agreement due to mental incapacity or any other reason are not permitted to use this platform.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within a few seconds to 5 minutes.
• Any delays caused by technical issues will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Deposits are only accepted from the member's own payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Rbajii does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

To withdraw funds from Rbajii, a member's account must be fully verified. The withdrawal process and conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed even on bank holidays.
• Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is completed.
• Rbajii reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been met.

Rbajii offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which members are required to read carefully.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Bonus funds will be shown separately in the balance until wagering is complete.
• In cases of bonus abuse, Rbajii reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Rbajii at all times. No bet can be cancelled once it has been confirmed.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet will not be counted until it has been successfully confirmed.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Rbajii reserves the right to void it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet may remain active rather than being cancelled.

Maximum Payout Limit

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet, the support team must be notified within 72 hours. Rbajii's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rbajii:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Depositing money from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Involvement in match fixing or any illegal betting syndicate.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

Rbajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to submit KYC documents on time.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.
